Above Ground Pool Deck
Customer desired to replace 30 year old wood deck. Replacement included:
- Installation of previously non-existent footers.
- properly upsized substructure.
- Expanded size with angled corners.
- Lockable gate.
Recessed Light Installation
This living room originally only had a center light fixture. The customer wanted to eliminate the existing fixture and upgrade the lighting by adding 6 recessed fixtures. There had also been water damage to the ceiling from a prior leak, which needed to be repaired as well as fresh paint to complete the transformation. Repair & replacement tasks included:
- Removal of existing fixture.
- Drywall patching.
- Installation of recessed light fixtures with new wiring.
- Fresh paint throughout.
3 Season Room Conversion
This sun room was originally a screen porch. Our client wanted to be able to enjoy this room during the Spring, Summer & Fall so we built custom windows to replace original screens. This maintained spectacular water views from this Severna Park home at a very reasonable cost.
Retail Office Space Renovation
This space was originally divided into 3 rooms with outdated florescent light fixtures, wood paneling throughout and drop ceiling tiles that needed replacement. Renovations included:
- Division wall removed with new structural support added.
- New drywall.
- New recessed light fixtures.
- Fresh paint throughout.
- Re-routing of internet, security and phone lines.
- New tile flooring
